The first certified organic Single Malt Scotch whisky since 2006, this is the latest of Benromach's acclaimed 'Contrasts: Organic' series. Distilled in 2013 this follows previous releases unpeated spirit, matured in virgin-American oak. Offering an aromatic and sweet fragrant oaky note, rich with vanilla and toffees, the nose is creamy and malty as well. The mouthfeel is creamy again with banana custard, moving to coffee and cocoa flavours. Fully accredited by the UK Soil Association, this is a rare example of totally organic Single Malt Scotch Whisky.

Benromach are one of the very few Speyside distilleries to produce heavily-peated whisky, and this expression from spirit distilled in 2012 clocks in at an impressive 42 PPM (Phenol Parts per Million). Matured entirely in first-fill bourbon barrels, a very fragrant nose offers fresh vanilla, tart apples, white chocolate and rich, dense peat smoke. This carries through the palate with toasted marshmallow smores, lemon-lime sherbet and smoldering manuka chips, leaving a mouth-coating sweetness as the peat-fire fades.

An interesting view of a typically heavier Speyside dram, this expression from Benromach has been triple distilled, a style very rarely seen in Scotch Whisky. Matured entirely in ex-bourbon casks filled in 2011, the nose offers a basket of tropical fruits, with fresh vanilla pods and baked biscuits. The palate brings a trip to the orchard, with ripe green apples and pears in the spotlight, backed by touches of banana and clover honey. Soft smoke and citrus leave you wanting more...

Produced as part of a pair of expressions from the Benromach distillery, this whisky has been matured exclusively in virgin oak barrels where the staves were entirely air dried. Benromach's 15 year old is the latest expression from Speyside's smallest distillery. This is their oldest release since re-opening in 1998, it is a rich whisky with notes of creamy vanilla custard, fruitcake and honey, with touches of cocoa and warming spice. A thread of smoke wraps around these flavours and lingers in the finish - a complex and very satisfying dram all round.

Benromach Distillery have added a 21 year old expression to their core range. Matured exclusively in first-fill oak casks this dram delivers sweet sherry aromas with notes of citrus and ginger and the Benromach signature hint of smoke. It is sweet to taste with spicy notes of cracked black pepper leading to Seville oranges, flavours of raspberry and baked apples finishing with a soft smokiness.
