Caledonian 'Signatory' 1987 / 29 years old 54.7%
Distilled at the now defunct Caledonian distillery in Edinburgh, this new Signatory bottling is one of the very rare examples of whisky from this long-closed Scotch grain distillery. Distilled in 1987 just one year before its closure, this bottling was selected from a single Hogshead cask by famed independent bottler Signatory Vintage.
