The palate if full and creamy with the characteristic Balblair orchard and citrus fruits at the fore. Layers of chocolate, stewed fruits, Christmas pudding and rich vanilla sauce follow before a long finish of coconut and vanilla caramel. A wonderfully rich and decadent celebratory dram.
