Clynelish 'Signatory' 23 years old & two Glencairn Cut Crystal W
Product Description

Region: Highland

Strength: 57.7%

Volume: 700ml

Clynelish has for a long time been one of our most sought-after bottlings from the independent bottlers of Scotland, and Signatory's reputation for selecting casks from this distillery is famous. Distilled in 1995 and matured in a single refill Sherry Butt for 23 long years, this is a heavier representation of the distillery style: molasses-rich brown sugar, fragrant beeswax and honeycomb aromas, with an oily, waxy and distinctive mouthfeel and texture. Wonderfully full-bodied, rounded and extremely complex, Clynelish is a single malt that has always been a fine balance of spirit and wood influence. This bundle includes a 700ml bottle of the stunning 23 year old from Clynelish and two Glencairn Cut Crystak Whisky Glasses, all beautifully gift wrapped.

Cu Bocan is the name of the lightly peated whisky made at the Tomatin distillery, named after the 'black dog', a mythical hellhound said to roam the area near Tomatin. Though it is made with peated barley, the smoke is well balanced and soft, with coconut, citrus and nutty flavours more obvious than the warming, gentle smokyness throughout.
