This indian single malt whisky was aged for 8 years in the tropics of Bangalore, made from Indian grown barley and dried over Scottish-sourced peat. The name 'greedy angels' refers to the angel's share, the loss of liquid in each barrel due to evaporation, a process greatly increased by the environment of Bangalore. To taste, tropical fruit tones join salted caramel, honey and a very mild peat smoke.
