One of the few 'pot still' Irish whiskey's currently on the market, this 12 year old was distilled at the famous Midleton distillery in County Cork, Ireland. Primarily matured in bourbon oak casks, a few select sherry casks have also been included giving the whiskey extra depth and richness.
