GlenAllachie 'PX Hogshead Single Cask' 2012 / 12 years old #1029 58.3%

This single cask expression has been selected from a 12 year old Pedro Ximinez Hogshead and has been presented at the natural strength of 58.3%. The nose opens up with quintessential notes of dried berries, mocha and heather honey, alongside cinnamon butter, fresh pineapples and zested oranges. On the palate there are notes of boozy raisins, crystalised ginger and muscovado sugar, followed by toffee sauce and honeycomb with brandy soaked orchard fruits.
