The Scotch Malt Whisky Society is the world's foremost single malt whisky club, founded in 1983 with a commitment to bottling the widest selection of exceptional and rare single cask whiskies. We are proud to be the home of the SMWS here in New Zealand, and in this collection you will find all of the whiskies available exclusively to members. If you are interested in discovering the world of SMWS, please see here for membership information.

Understanding the label:
When looking at a SMWS label, you will see that each distillery and each cask has a unique number. For example, SMWS 3.256 'Hebridean holiday tingle' comes from distillery 3, and this is the 256th cask that the Society have bottled. The age, cask type and strength of each whisky is displayed alongside a tasting note that is written to entice and tempt.

´╗┐Please note: We are only able to send bottles and membership packs within New Zealand
