From Craigellachie distillery in Speyside, this 11 year old whisky has been bottled at 54%. The nose is sweet with notes of caramel slice and muscovado sugar and a hint of green banana. Sweet notes carry through to the palate with honey, pecans and a slight spice from paprika. To finish, mixed herbs and pears come together with star anise.
