The Fettercairn distillery is from the Highland region, situated under the Grampian foothills, in the Howe of Mearns. This bottling from Hunter & Laing has been matured for 11 years in a single refill butt and bottled at 50%. This is a earthy, malty dram with notes of toffee, cut grass and a touch of smoke.
