From independent bottler, Douglas Laing's latest 'Old Particular' range, this 12 year old single cask from the little known Aultmore distillery in Speyside is a fresh and fruity dram. Charged from a single refill hogshead it boasts sweet fresh barley aromas with green apples, vanilla and coconut. Fresh Spanish oranges on the palate with a gentle light spice and toasted malt. A long finish with more of that orange spice.
