The world of whisky is complex and varied and one of the easiest way to get to know it is to come along to one of our regular whisky tastings. Our tastings vary from distillery focused evening, food pairings, vintage selections, world whiskies and many more. These are fun educational and social events where everyone is welcome. We conduct tastings the length and breath of the country on request, they are targeted at people who have a genuine interest in tasting - if your are organizing/hosting an event and would like to discuss your requirements please do get in touch with us.

Our tastings are incredibly popular so if you do see an event coming up that interest you, it does pay to book up early to avoid disappointment.

Final tasting of 2018 - Elements of Islay

We are delighted to announce that our final tasting of 2018 (and our annual Islay evening) will take place in early December and feature an all new line up from the independent bottling series, 'Elements of Islay',  which is about to land with our next shipment.

This range which is bottled by Elixir Distillers features single malt whisky from various Islay distilleries, all presented in their trademark apothecary style bottles, featuring their 'Elemental Islay' symbol. Each bottling is either single cask or small batches of between 5 and 20 selected casks, which are approved and signed off by well known authorities on whisky such as Charles Maclean, Oliver Chilton and Dominic Roskrow.

We are very excited to bring you a stellar line up featuring an array of our favourite distilleries from this iconic whisky isle. We hope you will join us to cap off the year in true Ileach style!
