Ailsa Bay 48.9%

The initial notes on the nose from Ailsa Bay is of fresh wood smoke, which develops into damp heather and a smouldering bonfire. Sweet and vanilla notes are also found with uplifting orange peel. These notes follow through to the palate, fruit and creamy toffee also found. To finish there is an oaky sweetness and a drying smoke.
