Amrut Portonova Single Malt 62.1%

This Amrut has interestingly spent the first part of its life maturing in new American oak and ex-bourbon barrels, before moving it to refill port pipes and then back into ex-bourbon. 'Essentially a port pipe sandwich' is how they describe it.

The result is a rich and fruity dram with notes of jammy fruits, cocoa and oaky caramel.
