Auchroisk 'Old Malt Cask' 2000 / 20 years old 50%

One of just 294 bottles from a single refill hogshead cask, this 20 year old Auchroisk shows the complex and traditional style the distillery is known for. The nose leads with fruity pear drops, apples and vanilla, with a citric lemon flavour that comes through to taste as well. The palate offers toffee, aniseed and a long-lingering spice and oak.
