Benrinnes 'Signatory' 1996 / 24 years old 51.9%

Bottled from a single ex-hogshead cask laid down at the Benrinnes distillery in Speyside, this new release from Signatory Vintage was matured for 24 years. We have had many previous casks from this series, and they are best described as incredibly fruity, syrupy and aromatic - carrying tropical fruit salad, orange peel and fresh oaky flavours. One of Speyside's best-kept secrets. Bottled at a natural cask strength of 51.9%.
