Bladnoch 'Gordon & MacPhail' 1993 / 2016 46%
Product Description

Region: Lowland

Strength: 46%

Volume: 700ml

Distilled at the famous Bladnoch distillery in the Lowland's of Scotland, this bottling by Gordon & MacPhail is a rare example of this seldom-seen single malt whisky. Distilled in 1993, the year of one of it's many temporary closures, this release comes from a combination of refill sherry Hogshead and refill American oak casks. Fresh, fruity and distinctly tropical to start, it builds to a malty flavour with fresh mint and lashings of peach and kiwifruit flavours throughout. A quintessential example of the delicate and complex Lowland style.
