Bruichladdich 'Bere Barley 2008'

This release from Bruichladdich distillery has been made using Bere Barley, which is a six-row heritage variety. The nose has big fruit notes, with cereal and honey. The palate is full of sweet fruit notes, honey, and chocolate. To finish, notes of pear, apple linger.
