After spending more than 10 years in first-fill Bourbon, sherry and French wine casks, the unpeated spirit has developed a striking golden colour and pronounced flavours of ripe peach, honeydew melon, and raisin. The tropical fruit characteristics continue onto the finish along with notes of honey, ginger and lemon.
