Chaos 'North Star' Batch #3 50%

Here comes the CHAOS! Batch #3 of North Stars 'Chaos' series hails from an undisclosed distillery on Islay. Batch #3 comes from a combination of ruby port octaves and American hogsheads, expect a lot of coastal influence and red berries on the nose. Oily and citrus forward palate, full of pepper, salted caramel, torched berries, plenty of peat and burnt orange peel. All bottled at a lovely 50% ABV.
