Few Rye 'BBR' 2017 #1718 57.6%

Produced at the Few distillery in Illinois, this single cask expression was matured initially in a barrel, before spending its final period in an ex-Sauternes barrel from France. The nose offers up sweet sticky notes of peaches in syrup and dried apricot balanced against a more saovury spicey note akin to fresh rye bread. The palate is huge with zaps of spicey rye, chocolate pineapple and black pepper.
