Foursquare 'Indelible' 11 years old 48%

Barbados' most famous rum producer, Foursquare, has returned to our shelves with their latest limited edition expression, release XVIII of the 'Exceptional Cask Selection' range. Produced from a blend of different vintage rums, this shows the more tropical and exotic fruit side of the distillery, influenced by the ex-Zinfindel wine casks used during maturation. A complex toasted oak and spice lingers on the palate which is soft, sweet then lightly drying.
