Celebrating The Legacy of 'Mr George', as he was fondly known by those who knew him best, was Mr George Urquhart, second generation of the family that owns Gordon & MacPhail. This is the first release of a series named for Mr. George, selected from a single ex-sherry cask laid down from the Glen Grant distillery in 1953. As one of the oldest whiskies ever bottled, it sits at an astonishing 67 years old, a yield of just 355 bottles were produced.
