One of the world?s largest single malts, this was distilled in 1995 and matured in a pair of bourbon barrels for 25 years as part of Signatory?s Cask Strength Collection. Aromas of freshly baked banana bread, toasted coconut, tinned fruits and honey. The palate is heavy and spicy, orchard fruits, caramel, almonds and fresh mint with a long and sweet finish.
