This 18 year old single malt from the Glen Scotia distillery has a complex flavour profile thanks to cask maturation of both American Oak and first fill oloroso sherry. This older statement is a fantastic balance of floral and spice with the distinct costal edge of a classic Campbeltown whisky. Aromas of thick sweet salted toffee and perfumed floral notes.Rich vanilla on the palate is accompanied with fresh apricot and pineapple and plump sultanas. Long and dry with gentle warming spice.
