Glenallachie 'Gordon & MacPhail' 1999 / 2015 46%
Product Description

Region: Speyside

Strength: 46%

Volume: 700ml

The Glenallachie distillery has remained a relatively obscure whisky since its founding in 1967, with the majority of its spirit being used by the Chivas blend. With the recent announcement of the sale of the distillery to Billy Walker (of BenRiach, GlenDronach and Glenglassaugh fame), there has been a renewed interest in this single malt. Distilled in 1999 and bottled in 2015, this release has a sweet vanilla and toasted malt flavour, with orange and lemon notes.
