2765 bottles were drawn from three Port casks to produce this limited edition expression from Glencadam distillery. After initial maturation in former Bourbon casks the whisky spent a finishing period of over 2 years in the Port casks which imparted big flavours of dried fruit, such as dates and raisins, as well as damsons and hints of chocolate. There is also a plummy Port character lingering throughout leading to a long, satisfying finish with sweet, spicy notes.
