Glenfarclas 'Family Cask' 2003 / 2021 #1964 58.1%

This new Glenfarclas shows a rare side of the distillery, coming from the 2003 vintage and filled from a cask that has been used 4 previous times to mature whisky. This type of cask is uncommon, as the majority of barrels would be exhausted by this time, but Glenfarclas' supply from cooperages remains among the best. Bottled on 15/06/2021 from cask 1964 and bottled at 58.1%, yielding 610 bottles.
