Glenglassaugh 'Cask 522' 9 years old 58.9%

This very special release is a nine year old whisky exclusive to New Zealand. It has been bottled at 58.9% and has been matured in American Wine wood and is a gently peated spirit. The nose has notes of honeyed nuts, black berries, coffee, rich molasses and raspberry. On the palate there is nuts of warm cherry smoke, orange liquor, toasted Brazilian nuts and chestnut soy.
