Glenkinchie 'Distillers Edition' 2022 43%

This release from the lowland distillery Glenkinchie, is part of the 'Distillers Edition' range. It's first maturation was in refill American and European Oak and then finished in Amontillado seasoned re-charred American Oak. Crisp, nutty notes are found on the nose along with sweet barley. The palate is lightly oily, with dried fruits, sweetness and gentle wood spice. The long finish is warming with white pepper and oak.
