The third and final whisky in the 'Viking Legend' releases is the 'Valfather'. This whisky has been maturing in re-fill casks and is the most peated expression yet from this famous Orkney distillery. There are notes of sweet apple, pear, creme brulee, toasted cedarwood and smoked paprika - a rare spicy and smoky treat.
