Isle of Raasay 'Distillery Special Release Sherry Finished' 52%

Matured first in the strong foundations of Raasay's ex-rye whiskey casks and finished in a combination of ex-Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry quarter casks, this whisky boasts hints of peppery spice, almond, nuts and sweet fruit. Floral notes along with nutmeg and clove join the festive-flavoured finish. This is the first high-strength release of Raasay's whiskies available in New Zealand.
