Situated south of Elgin in an area known as Fogwatt in Speyside, the Longmorn distillery produces a whisky with a complex character, with notes of citrus (orange blossom, orange zest) and ginger. This particular single cask bottling has these qualities, along with coconut, juicy barley and cocoa and plenty of ripe tangerine and ginger stem, with a drying oaky quality adding great length to the finish.
