Macallan 'Classic Cut' 2022 52.5%

This 2022 release from Macallan Distillery has been matured in European and American oak casks. There are notes of bright, fresh fruits including grapefruit, peach, apple and orange found on the nose. There are also creamy notes of vanilla sponge cake, oak, light spices and almonds. The palate has notes of fruits, caramel, chocolate, lemon sponge, nuts and gentle spice. The finish is long and lingering with a creamy sweetness.
