Method and Madness Single Malt 46%

This new release single malt whiskey from Irish distillery Middleton, home of Jameson Irish Whiskey, is 14 year old whiskey. This whiskey has been maturing first in American Bourbon barrels and then a portion has also been matured in French Limousin Oak casks. The nose has notes of peanuts with cereal notes. The palate is warming with notes of cinnamon sticks and ice cream cone wafers. The finish has sweet notes of bon bons and hints of toasted barley.
