Milk and Honey 'Classic' 46%

From Israeli distillery 'Milk and Honey'. This 'Classic' release has been matured in ex-bourbon and red wine casks. There is gentle vanilla sweetness on the nose which develops into caramel and honey with black pepper on the palate. The finish is short but delicate with gentle spices.
