Distilled at Mortlach in 1986, few selections are as iconic from Adelphi as this legendary Speyside disitllery. A very oily and viscous whisky that simply bursts with orange flavours - Grad Marnier liqueur, marmalade and Terry's Chocolate Orange lead the aroma. Adelphi's notes continue to describe crunchie bars, butteries, aged Meursault and candle wax. Old furniture polish, cigar leaf, coal smoke join in as well, with a final flurry conjuring notes of cooked apple pie, dulce de leche, sourdough toast with honey, golden syrup, herbs, spices and demerara sugar.
