Royal Lochnagar 12 years old 40%

Situated just a few miles away from Balmoral Castle, the Lochnagar distillery is one of just a handful of whisky makers in the world to be given a Royal Warrant. This classic Highland malt starts with creamy notes on the nose which moves into aromas of herbacious hay, malted barley, oak and spices. On the palate there is a soft smoke, gingerbread, spice and sugar. To finish there are sweet notes of grasses and honey.
