SMWS Tasting notes: Green and grassy aromas combined with earthy, herbaceous notes as well as the occasional fresh peppermint scent made us feel like hay making the old fashioned way. This is hungry work and we enjoyed a toasted turkey and pastrami bagel with herby light cream cheese and a grilled tuna sandwich with lemon-chilli mayonnaise. After adding water some of us had a sloe gin with Sicilian lemon tonic whilst others had a Ti Punch, white rhum agricole, sugar cane syrup and a slice of fresh lime. Back to work, but we were all looking forward to a hearty well-earned dinner at the end of a long day; roasted pork belly, pumpkin and parsnips.

Cask: Refill bourbon barrel
Outturn: 175 bottles
