South Star Islay 'North Star' 48%

Created by Iain Croucher from North Star spirits, this new undisclosed single malt comes from one of the distilleries on the Queen of the Hebrides, the Isle of Islay. A rich and intense smoke leads the aroma, like bonfires and flaring, meaty BBQ's on the beach. The ashy peat is surrounded by vanilla and salted nuts, fading away to a drying light oaky finish.
