From Australian distillery Starward, Nova is a whisky that has been matured in Australian red wine barrels. The nose is full of bright notes of red berries and orchard fruit, with gentle oak spices. These notes develop in the palate into rich red berry pudding, with vanilla and caramel with spices. The finish is long and lingering.
