Supersonic 'North Star' Mach 2 2013 50%

Specially selected by the team at North Star, the Super Sonic series are a a secret mixture of just a handful of single malts, all matured in ex-sherry butts that were originally laid down in 2013, then bottled in 2021 at a strength of 50%. Previous releases have offered a big, chewy and dense whisky full of toffees, lashings of dried fruit and spice.
