Talisker 'Special Release 2022' 11 years old 55.1%

From highland distillery Talisker, this 11 year old whisky has been maturing initially in American Oak ex-bourbon first fill casks and then finished in refill and wine seasoned casks. The nose offers subtly salty notes with a beach bonfire smokiness. The palate has notes of sweetness, smoky spices, brininess with orchard fruits.
