Tamdhu 'First Edition' 2007 / 14 years old 59.9%

This single cask release from The First Editions range comes from the Tamdhu distillery, filled from an ex-sherry butt. Waves of chocolate, black-forest fruits and spices have developed in the whisky after 14 years of maturation, bringing notes of sticky toffee pudding and apple. The finish offers plenty of rich sherry wood, fruit and spice. A big dram for those who crave a bit of a sherry-bomb of a whisky.
