Created in a callboration with Galway Bay Brewery, this whiskey from Teeling has spent time maturing in a cask that previously held a stout which was barrel aged in an ex-Teeling cask. The wood's influence is richer than the classic style, with dark chocolate and truffle notes, joining roasted barley, sour black cherries and honeycomb. This whisky is not chill-filtered, giving it a hazy appearance in cold conditions or with water added to your dram.
