The Chita 43%

Distilled in the Chita distillery on the penninsula of the same name, this is a vatting of the three styles of grain spirit produced on site using column stills. In Japan this type of spirit would typically be consumed in a classic highball, with plenty of ice, soda, and a slice of lemon.
