In celebration of Fife?s rich whisky history, James Eadie's The Fife Blend sees just two casks selected in its creation: a Cameronbridge single grain whisky finished in an ex-Marsala cask, combined with a fifteen year old single malt whisky, from an unnamed family-owned farm distillery situated near the Daft Burn. to taste, light and remarkably effervescent, with fresh grapes, peach, cherry and mango, alongside subtle richer notes of maple syrup and banana. A dash of water brings out big notes of tropical fruits.
