Distilled in 1994 at Tobermory distillery located on the colourful Isle of Mull, left to rest for 26 years in a single hogshead, here the Single Malts of Scotland are presenting us with a very intriguing and indulgent dram. Aromas of orange oil wood polish, leather, old dusty books, a warm latte sweetened almond syrup and dusted with cocoa powder. Serving up a bowl of vanilla ice cream and fruit salad on the palate, butterscotch sauce, chocolate covered honeycomb, crusty bread spread with salted butter and tangy fruit preserve. Chocolate biscuits dunked in a cup of warm tea to finish.
