The Monbazillac release from Tomatin?s ?French Connection? range has been first matured in oak and then finished of the maturation in a Monbazillac cask. This is a deep and rich whisky with notes of maple syrup, espresso, and cinnamon baked apples. He palate offers its of sweet cereal, milk chocolate, honeycomb with gentle spices and nutty notes. The finish returns to maple syrup notes and walnuts.
