This 18-year-old bottling of an Undisclosed Speyside distillery from Cadenhead provides a wonderful air of mystery alongside a stunning dram. Charged entirely from bourbon-casks, the nose opens with fresh green apples, sweet pineapple juice and light hints of citrus. The palate builds on this tropical sweetness with rich earthy notes, alongside almond flakes and blueberry muffins. With white grapes and pear drops left fizzling at the finish, this a fantastic example of a classic Bourbon-cask Speyside whisky.
